Steffen brings nearly a decade of experience at a major automotive manufacturer, where he leads transformation, digital strategy, and organizational development. He holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen and a degree in Management & Technology from TU Munich.
He ensures technology arrives in daily business operations and teams are empowered to use it independently – not as an end in itself, but as a measurable lever for growth and efficiency.

Tobias Große-Puppendahl
Co-Founder & CTO
Tobias holds a PhD from TU Darmstadt and researched at the Fraunhofer IGD and at Microsoft Research in Cambridge, where he worked on IoT and AI systems. He was a Fellow at Downing College, University of Cambridge.
At a major automotive manufacturer, he has spent over seven years as Principal Enterprise Architect building the company-wide AI architecture and delivering the first enterprise use cases after the release of ChatGPT in a trusted corporate environment.
