Steffen brings nearly a decade of experience at a major automotive manufacturer, where he leads transformation, digital strategy, and organizational development. He holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen and a degree in Management & Technology from TU Munich.
He ensures the semantic layer solves real business problems and teams are empowered to deploy AI agents independently. Not as a toy, but as a sovereign tool in daily operations.

Tobias Große-Puppendahl
Co-Founder & CTO
Tobias holds a PhD from TU Darmstadt and researched at the Fraunhofer IGD and at Microsoft Research in Cambridge, where he worked on IoT and AI systems. He was a Fellow at Downing College, University of Cambridge.
At a major automotive manufacturer, he served as Principal Enterprise Architect building the company-wide AI architecture. That experience flows directly into archmax: secure, federated data access for AI agents at enterprise grade.
